Section 2: Account Registration and Use

To register on the 5a55 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
• It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password completely confidential. Any unauthorized access must be reported to 5a55 immediately.
• Allowing a third party to use your account, or using someone else's account, is strictly prohibited.
• 5a55 may request KYC documents at any time for identity verification. If documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
• The user is solely responsible for ensuring the security of the device and internet connection used to access the account.

Changing Account Information

To change core identity details such as name, date of birth, or national ID number, you must contact the support team via 24/7 live chat and submit the required documentation. Email address and phone number can be changed by the user directly, but the verification process must be completed.

Section 4: Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method). Deposits below this amount are not possible.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other methods are currently accepted.
• Deposits sent from the mobile number registered to the account will be credited instantly. Deposits from a different number will require a verification process.
• The correct transaction ID and sender's number must be provided at the time of deposit. Incorrect information may cause the deposit to be delayed or cancelled.
• For larger deposit amounts, additional verification may be required for anti-money laundering purposes.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Approved withdrawals are generally sent within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method and the same mobile number used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals of more than ৳5,000 will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
• Multiple withdrawal requests on the same day may be processed together.

Section 6: Gaming Policy

• Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed on screen.
• If a game is not completed due to a technical fault or disconnection, the bet for that round will be considered void.
• No changes are accepted after a game result has been determined.
• If a sports betting event is cancelled or postponed, action will be taken in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the server record will be considered final.
• The game provider's own rules will also apply, and server logs will be checked in the event of a dispute.
